About this apartment
New apartment with sea view on an upper floor of the “Murano Centro” which features an outdoor swimming pool on the roof top jacuzzi, coworking and a fitness center. Excellent location to enjoy beach while staying close to the old city center at the same time. The apartement features AC units in all rooms, it is fully equipped. Beach is 2 minute by walk.
Note: All guests should be including as part of the booking, since visitors are not allowed for security reasons
Location
- 5 minutes by car from City Center.
- 15 minutes by car from the Airport.
Other things to note
- The registration fee is not included and it will be paid when you arrive at reception by credit or debit card. The cost is 20 000 COP (5 USD)/ per person.
- We will provide a key card to open the front door of the flat, in case you loss it you will be charged with 30 USD for its replacement.
- More guests will come later, we remind you that smoking is not allowed, anywhere in the apartment, not even on the balcony.
- Being respectful of the community, parties and visitors are not allowed.
- The environment is important: remember to close doors and windows when you turn on the AC and turn them off when you are not going to use them.
